nick should have got like two years in jail at least. but i also think that keeping him in a cell by him self for 23 hours a day is kinda harsh if you ask me. i have been to jail and i know how bad it sucks. anyway give it two weeks and he will be out on work release.

at least he is in an american jail where he will serve time, if he was in one of the jails in England it would be like afucking holiday camp! Pool tables, sky t.v, only 1 hour lock down! He should shut up and do his time

LMAO @ dropping the soap in Jail. What a jerk! He needs more time than 8 months and I agree with you, I wouldn’t want to live like that. I would hope that my family has sense enough to just pull the plug and let me go on to heaven. I wouldn’t want to put my friends and family through all of that.

chibangin007 – His organs are still functioning, he’s just brain dead; there’s no plug to pull. Poor guy. I’m not blaming anybody here. John shouldn’t have allowed himself to be in the car while Nick and his friends were racing, but regardless of how everything went down, Nick should’ve never said the things he said about John. I don’t see being rich and famous as an excuse for being heartless; John was his friend afterall. The adding of insult was not really necessary.

look point blank if john has to live without a brain the rest of his life then nick should have a very harsh sentence cuz its both their faults but no nick doesnt even care as long as he gets off the hook cuz hes never had to deal with nothing extreme in his life
