man they got you brainwashed, typical know it all cop attitude. if cops were really worried about the law they wouldnt be worried about speeders . they would be in washington arresting the people who spit on our constitution .
There is a HUGE difference between racing and high speed pursuits. In racing, whether on an oval or on a road course, you already know whats coming for the most part. It’s just you, the other drivers going close to the same speed, and the track. Now police officers, on the other hand, they have to drive 80+ mph on streets where there’s pedestrians, poles, slower cars, intersections, cross traffic and whatever else. Plus a possibility of guns and whatnot. It’s much more difficult and stressful.

Cops don’t think they’re better than everyone else. But yes, cops generally know more about driving than most people. That is because 100%of the cops are trained by professionals, they are taught everything about the cars they drive, they are put through rigorous driving tests. What training do you have? Drivers Ed? Drivers Ed is nothing compared to the driving education officers get in the academy.
This happened in Pleasant Hill, Iowa, a suburb of Des Moines. Both people were killed on impact. All for a stupid lawn mower, which they stole from a Wal-Mart, so you know it was just gonna break the next day anyway.
